This portal is a private system for Edgewood, LLC. It is not a public product and is not sold on an app store.
We keep login details for people Edgewood invites, plus the work data they enter or that we pull from tools Edgewood already uses. If an Admin connects QuickBooks Online, we may read customers, invoices, items, and related sales figures from Edgewood’s own company file so those dollars can show on our sales screens. Access tokens stay on our server.
We do not sell this data. We do not use it for ads. We share it only with the services Edgewood already uses (including Intuit/QuickBooks when connected) or when the law requires it.
This connection does not push Edgewood inventory into QuickBooks. You can ask Jason Sweeney at Edgewood, LLC to review your login record or to disconnect QuickBooks.
